Abdulbasit is a Partner in the firm. He routinely advises operators in the real estate sector on finance related matters, acquisitions, developments, tax and regulatory compliance issues. He also advises clients on joint venture arrangements and alternative funding structures for the development of real estate. Abdulbasit is able to analytically proffer solutions to legal and commercial issues. In addition to his interest in property law and corporate commercial law, he has a keen interest in corporate governance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
