Family Matters

At Michael Okejimi & Co. Law Empire, we want to bring peace to our clients’ homes. Hence, our Family Law Team is comprised of seasoned lawyers in reconciliation, mediation and negotiation.

Where legal dispute becomes unavoidable, we strategically represent our clients’ interests in divorce proceedings, judicial separation, custody and maintenance of children, guardianship, adoption and general matters touching on Family Law in a manner that would maximally accomplish their goals. We have represented clients in both contested and non-contested divorce matters. We also draft Prenuptial Agreements for intending couples who would want their finances and assets to be regulated by contract during their marriage and, of course, in the event of divorce.
