Hammed is a Partner in the firm. He routinely guides and advises individuals and corporates through the dynamics of Nigeria’s corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance regimes. He has a firm understanding of the sectors within which client businesses operate and provides valuable support in avoiding or mitigating potential pitfalls. Hammed also regularly interfaces with various sector regulators and employs a pragmatic approach towards achieving clients’ overall business objectives. In addition to his interest in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, Hammed has significant experience in commercial litigation, with focus on real estate, telecommunications, banking, intellectual property and election-related matters, and represents clients in superior courts. Hammed has advised many clients on complex banking and finance transactions involving recondite issues of law. Hammed also extends his expertise to some non-governmental organisations.
